Deskfern is one floor on Ayala with thirty hot desks, four focus booths and two meeting rooms. No membership, no lock-in — you book what you need by the hour or the day. Desks are first-come within your booking, booths and rooms are assigned. The boardroom seats twelve and has the only door in the place that genuinely closes on sound. Fibre is redundant across two providers, which is the one thing worth paying for in this business. Coffee is included with a day pass. Lockers are monthly. The floor is open 7am to 10pm on weekdays and 9am to 6pm on Saturdays.
